Ceiling and walls and stained sill had two coats of Zinza bin water based due to bad condition they were in. The radiator was peeling and in bad condition. I applied white durable eggshell (two coats) this was to give it a solid foundation as it is steam and mould resistant. The woodwork and the radiator had white oil based undercoat and two coats of white satin oil based to finish. All materials were supplied by Dulux.
