We're always busy, and it's unfair on the customer whose job we're working on to be booking other customers' jobs on, on their clock! We'll always get back to you within 24 hours but you can help by leaving alternative phone numbers or the best time to call on the message.
No - we don't I'm afraid. Spray painting only really suits empty buildings and spaces where finish is less important than cost - which isn't really out thing.
Often this is the best time to do it - it means we can work a little faster as we don't need to undress a lot of the floor coverings in the evenings. It also means you can book in a painter and decorator well in advance to make sure you're getting the best service, and a known reliable and trusted contractor rather than leaving the property in the hands of an unknown entity.

No. We will move any furniture into the middle of the room before covering it to keep it clean.
You might want to remove anything that you know to be fragile - and talk to us if you have any particular concerns. But we promise we'll treat your home as if it was our own.

Yes, where it's necessary for safe access we'll potentially need to organise scaffolding or a scaffold tower. This might bring some additional cost but we'll discuss that when we quote.

Yes - using the right materials and preparation it's perfectly possible to repaint front doors, back doors, garage doors etc to give the house a completely new look and at considerably less cost than replacing them all.
